As a foreign entrepreneur (work-employee), you may be in possession of a diploma and experience that would enable you to provide services as a private researcher (investigator) in the Netherlands. However, the Dutch government requires, in accordance with the WPBR-legislation, that he/she must have the private investigator diploma from the SVPB. Foreign persons then have the opportunity to demonstrate their professional competence and trust at the Justis service of the Ministry of Justice and Security or IDW. Since GuardonDriveControl® has its own permit issued by the Ministry of Justice and Security, we are able to provide the identity for this. However, if necessary, we only work together with employees on the basis of self-employment (you must be registered with a chamber of commerce as a private investigator) and not on the basis of an employment contract.
