The plan of action:
  1. We charge 70 euros (or in another currency) without VAT as standard for drawing up an plan of action (these costs will be deducted if the costumer agree with the quote).
    • What can you expect in the action plan:
      The details of your problem.
      What you want to prove and/or reasoning of the research.
      Necessity to inform the person being investigated.
      Risks within the research.
      Duration of the investigation/assignment.
      Phases of the research.
      Use of certain tools of powers.
      Way of communicating.
      Review moments within the research.
      Required reports, “based on reality”.
      (for example a note report, photo overview and/or final report)
      Endorsement of subsidiarity and presumption of innocence.
      (a private individual must always be able to legitimize himself)
The quotation for the assignment and the invoice for the plan of action.
  1. You will receive both of these together with the plan of action (in case of high costs and/or a long term, an advance payment or multiple invoices may arise from 1 quote; sometimes costs can be also indicative).
  2. You have to sign the plan of action and return it to us.
  3. We are going to do our job!!
Final phase
  1. Drawing up the final conclusion/report.
  2. The assignment has been completed.
  3. If necessary, an evaluation meeting will follow.

Techniques:

We use the 5W’s and 1H framework to carry out our work, this technique is a simple strategy used by investigative detectives and researchers to collect a complete and accurate story. It is standing for answers to six questions: what, who, why, where, when and how somebody did things.

For the quality of our work we use the circle of Deming, this consists of a cycle of 4 parts: Plan, Do, Check and Act. This is already reflected in the workingmethod in accordance with an plan of action and also ensures that we do not spend unnecessary time if something has already been proven or clear innocence emerges.
